Podcasts are gaining in popularity for a number of reasons: You can listen in the car or on the train to work, you can dig deep into a topic, and you don’t have to burn your eyes out on a screen.
No matter what what resources you use to develop yourself and become more knowledgeable in business and your particular area of expertise, be sure that you start with a plan. It might be something as simple as reading 10 pages a day or listening to 3 podcasts a week, but start with a professional development strategy.
